Whether you are looking for help to train for a 10k or even a marathon, have been advised to take up Pilates, or just want to lose some weight and improve your general fitness, then I can help.

Many people hate the gym environment or simply don’t know where to start and this website is a very good choice!

I will meet you and discuss your aims and goals and together we will come up with a plan that will take you in the right direction. That may be joining one of my many classes around the forest area or maybe making up a small group with friends at your home or deciding to commit to some one to one sessions.


All Ages & Abilities...
No one is too old or too unfit and everyone has to start somewhere. I am C.R.B. checked and have worked with children from 7 years  up to octogenarians and everyone in between. I have heard all the excuses about why you cant get fit or lose weight and I am proud of my reputation for motivating and supporting my clients and seeing real results.
