About Juliet
I have been working as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor since 2004. I am registered with R.E.P.s and N.R.P.T as an advanced instructor.
I attend the annual International Fitness conventions at Loughborough and London and also go on several courses a year to further my experience and knowledge and just to see what else is out there. I have been running classes successfully for 4 years and have an established client base with my personal training.
I live in the Lymington area with my two teenage daughters. I have always enjoyed sports and regularly ride, ski and sail. When I can fit it in, I have been playing netball with a local club, and use the local gym. I also enjoy running and this is an area in which I have a huge interest. I often run in 10k’s and half marathons and completed the London Marathon in 2007, running in aid of Naomi House, Childrens’ Hospice.

I have a particular interest in women’s’ health and well-being and the effects and benefits of exercise on the mature woman, both physically and emotionally.
I am CRB checked and have worked with children from 7 to 18 years, teaching sports at school and also working with teenagers on a one to one basis who have weight or body issues, or young people who have got postural problems and need to correct and rebalance their body. Very often, doing loads of sports at school, without the correct stretching and cool down, followed by dragging a heavy school bag about can lead to all sorts of back, shoulder and neck pain which can often be corrected fairly quickly. I have visited some senior schools, talking to girls aged 13 to 18 about sensible eating, healthy food choices and suitable exercise to complement their sports at school and to help them keep fit and in shape.
