Class Times
We have a range of classes to suit all abilities. The times may be subject to change so please call to confirm.

Autumn Term 2010

Classes start week commencing Monday 6th September and run to week commencing Monday 6th December. There are no classes during the week of half term, 25th to 29th October. This is a 13 week term.

PILATES

Mondays
Brockenhurst Methodist Church hall - 8.45
East Boldre Village hall - 10.30
East Boldre Village hall  - 2pm
Hordle Walhampton school - 6pm

Thursdays
Milford on Sea Community Centre 10.30
(New beginner class at 11.30 subject to interest)


POWER PILATES

Tuedays and Thursdays
East Boldre Village hall 8.45.
(I will also be starting a Wednesday evening Power Pilates or circuits class at 6.30 subject to interest.)

Drop lbs and pounds!

I am reducing class prices to a “recession busting” £8 provided you pay for the full term on the first day of the new term making each class £104 for the term. Please email me if you wish to pay by BACS and I can let you have account details. As always, with Pilates you are welcome to swap classes to catch up if you miss your own but please note the level of the class. If you wish to pay as you go, the class cost remains at £10.

New Pilates class starting ; M.O.S community centre on Thursdays at 11.30. This is a beginner/introduction to Pilates class so if you know anyone who is interested in trying it out or if you would like a refresher,  this new classes will run for a SIX WEEK TERM to give newcomers a chance to see if it suits. This will be £48 for the 6 week term.
