Power Pilates
This is an exercise session incorporating the principles of Pilates while working at a higher intensity, using balls, bands and weights to tone & strengthen.

 

Body Conditioning
It is similar to a “body conditioning” type of class, aiming for high repetitions using light weights, so you don’t risk overloading but will get a great all over body workout.

This is not a high impact class, so you won’t be focusing on improving your cardio vascular fitness, but it will complement any c.v. exercise you are currently doing.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and strength so don’t be afraid to give it a go. You will have opportunities to opt out and rest as and you can use the smallest weights to begin with until you start to get stronger, and you will!

You will be amazed how quickly you see results and an improvement in your body shape and tone.

I change the class format regularly so that you will not anticipate the next exercise but more importantly, to make sure that all the muscle groups are hit from different angles on a regular basis, to help you get the best results in the shortest time.
