Personal Training
Not everyone likes the gym or group class environment and you may feel that personal training is more suitable for you. I can come to your home or take advantage of the forest and beaches we have here and devise a program specifically geared towards your own personal goals. Whether you are training for your first marathon or just simply want to lose weight and improve your general fitness, I can work with you and support and motivate you.

I have trained all sorts of people from teenagers to octogenarians of every shape and size, and there is a fitness and exercise option for all. You may want some personal Pilates work, some high impact cardio vascular work, some weights and toning or a bit of everything. On the first session, we will discuss your goals and how best to achieve them.

Everyone Has To Start Somewhere...
You may well feel self conscious or unhappy with your body shape but everyone has to start somewhere and together we will put together a program that is ideal for you, your fitness levels and abilities and your diary.

You will need to exercise between sessions with me and I will ensure that you are confident and  happy with the program and am always at the end of the phone or via email if you need to check something or just need some support. I can also advise you on diet and help you with regards to losing weight and fuelling your body appropriately.

Groups & Individuals
You may want to make up a small group with a couple of friends and only need a small amount of room. How often you see me is dependant on your budget and available time but usually once or twice a week is sufficient to get you going in the right direction. I charge by the session but offer discounts if you pay for 10 sessions in advance. I will be as flexible as possible and can meet you from 7am til 7pm on most days but ask that I am given 24 hours notice if you need to change a planned session.
